        <p>Hi - my ggrandfather is in the Lamar Co census, Precinct 1 on Garretts Ferry rd.&nbsp; Does anyone know where this road was?&nbsp; I see an area called Garrets Bluff on maps and assume it was near there?&nbsp; He died in 1927 and was supposedly buried on his property.

        <p>Looking for information on Almie Wilmuth who married UNK Ward.&nbsp; Almie was the daughter of Josie Rees Wilmuth and Rufus Wilmuth.&nbsp; She lived with her mother until at least 1930.&nbsp; She died in 1952 and is buried at Haleboro Cemetery.&nbsp; Her death certificate lists her as &#8220;married&#8221; so I am thinking that her husband was still alive in 1952.

        <p>Owner Doug Cox is looking for the abstract, said to contain an historical diary, of the Dean-Wade Home, built around the turn of the century, at 946 South Main. Previous owners were Eddie and Bobbie Henry and then Calvin Gibson. According to First Federal, which had the abstract in 1975, it must have gone back to the owner, which would have been the Gibson estate.&nbsp; Anyone with information concerning the old Dean-Wade Home, contact Doug Cox, 946 S. Main, Paris TX 75460.
